According to SABTA news agency report, Parham Janfeshan, the administrator of the Fund for Revival and Utilization of Historic and Cultural Places, accompanied by his assistants, visited Sansan Caravanserai in Kashan, Ameries House in Kashan, Gabr-abad Caravanserai in Qamsar, Mirtorabi House and Koohab Caravanserai in Natanz and Yazdan-panah House in Qom.
During the Visit to Sansan Caravanserai in Kashan, the technical issues of this project were investigated and the investor of this historical caravanserai presented some explanations about the plan and processes of restoration to the administrator of the Fund. On this visit, it was appointed that the first phase of restoration of this caravanserai will be completed at the end of this year, and this phase will be available for utilization at Nowruz 1397.
In 1395, the benefits of this historical caravanserai has been delegated to the private sector for a total restoration cost of 20 Billion Rial for 25 years.
Then, they visited Koohab Caravanserai in Natanz, which is another historical caravanserai entrusted to the private sector by the Revival Fund. It was appointed that the investor of this building will complete the restoration process of the reception section at the end of this year, and it will be opened in Nowruz 1397. The benefits of this caravanserai was also delegated to the private sector for a total restoration cost of 17 billion Rial for 20 years.
During this trip to Natanz County, the administrator of the Revival Fund, also visited Natanz Museum and the Congregational Mosque.
Parham Janfeshan also visited Mirtorabi House, which is one of historical buildings owned by the Fund. Accompanied by Abidi, the technical manager of the Fund, they assessed the physical status of the building.
He emphasized that, by cooperation between the head of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization of Natanz, this building must be ready as soon as possible in order to be entrusted to the private sector.
It should also be noted that, after visiting Natanz, Gabr-abad Caravanserai was also visited and it was decided that the investigation processes and restoration plans for this building must be taken into consideration by the technical and practical management of the Revival Fund.
In 1936, this Caravanserai was delegated to the private sector for a total restoration cost of 15 Billion Rial for 20 years.
Next, given the intrinsic duty of the Revival Fund on monitoring the utilization of the entrusted buildings, they visited Ameries House in Kashan and inspected their services to the tourists.
At the end if this trip, the services of Yazdan-panah House, another successful historical building entrusted by the Revival Fund to the private sector which was opened last year in Qom, was also evaluated.
